4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Auzaar Pk primarily offers Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

For COD orders:

  • Customers must provide accurate contact details.

  • Our team may contact customers for order confirmation before dispatch.

  • Failure to respond to verification calls or messages may result in order cancellation.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

Repeated refusal to accept COD orders may result in restrictions on future purchases.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–4 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, public holidays, remote locations, or courier delays.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout.

Once an order has been delivered successfully, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.

6. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before their order has been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Auzaar Pk reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

7. Returns & Refunds
