Return and Refund Policy 1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of product delivery. To be eligible for a return:
* The item must be **unused**, **undamaged**, and in its **original packaging**.
* A **receipt or proof of purchase** is required.
* Some items (such as electrical tools or customized products) are **non-returnable**.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. Refunds
* Approved refunds will be processed within **5–10 business days**.
* Refunds will be made to your **original payment method**.
* Shipping costs are **non-refundable**, except in cases where we sent a wrong or defective item.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are **defective or damaged**. To request an exchange, contact us within **3/5 days** of delivery.

* Check your bank account again.
* Then contact your credit card company or bank.
